Officers and Directors

Gregory A. Beard – Director, President, and Treasurer
Dara B. Beard – Director and Vice President

Greg and Dara Beard have been married for 33 years and have four adult children and five grandchildren. They are members of Cedar Shores Baptist Church at The Canyons on Lake Whitney, in Bosque County, Texas (near Clifton, their home), where Greg serves as an Adult Sunday School teacher and Dara teaches the Youth Sunday School Class.

Greg worked in the international energy business for many years, leaving ARCO to pursue an independent consultancy practice in 2000, when ARCO was purchased by BP. Greg continues to serve several international clients in the Middle East and Asia, providing commercial advice on international natural gas projects.

Dara has served as a gracious and capable homemaker for most of their marriage – frankly a much more difficult and responsible job than Greg’s traveling on business.

Pastor Keith Blanton – Director and Secretary

Keith Blanton is Pastor of Cedar Shores Baptist Church at The Canyons on Lake Whitney, in Bosque County, Texas. Keith is married with four daughters. He has served in a variety of ministry positions during his career, including, for example, as a pastor, a youth pastor, and in Christian camp operations, and he has also been a successful businessman with a major brokerage firm. Keith has studied at both Criswell College and Truett Seminary.
